there should be some apps for security, like a file shredder, spyware protection, adware protection, and a portable firewall (so when you use someone elses computer they cannot blame you for being hijacked) etc. they would make security easier.

Spybot Search & Destroy, CCleaner and many others are already portable.

Yeah I´ve heard about portable Version from CCleander earlier ... but where to get it? Do you have a link? I looked at www.ccleaner.com ... only one Installer (*.exe) there does not seem to be portable.
All the same with Spybot S&D ... http://www.safer-networking.org ... only one Installer Version there?! Please be so kind to give us a Link to portable Version.
Thank you in Advance!

The Problem if you want to use it with PortableAppsMenu is, that there are two executable Files in dem same Directory an you need both. Therefore PortableAppsMenu shows two entries
... anyone knows a Workaround?

In the next release (in a couple of weeks) of PAM you will be able to chose the apps you want to show up in the menu.

Is there anybody here who can make the launcher for CCleaner so that it matches the folder format as other PortableApps programs? Thanks.

That's what I use, but it's not the same folder structure as PAF. I'm looking more to an alternative launcher that uses the same folder structure.

Do you have a link for Portable Spybot S&D?...
Just download, install and copy it to your USB (then uninstall). It's already portable.
