  1. Portable Skype is not developed by PortableApps.com but by Rob Loach. Please contact him instead.
  2. No PortableApps work on Linux.

With Wine they do

Actually, I make sure all my app launchers work with Wine on Ubuntu. So, if you install Wine on Linux, you can run most of the apps here... including the new PortableApps Menu.
