Where Does Trash Go?

When you empty trash do the deleted emails go to the trash bin of the hard drive or somewhere on the USB drive?

It's all self-contained on your portable device. You should also compact your folders within TB as TB hangs onto emails after they're deleted. Right-click, compact.
