I've downloaded some extensions and installed successfully, restarted Firefox but they have not been loaded (still remaining the message "This add-on will be installed when Firefox is restarted" in Add-ons window) but they have when I copied Firefox Portable to hard drive.

Sometimes Firefox doesn't close. When you close the window, firefox.exe is still running. This is a new bug in Firefox itself... introduced in 2.0... with the antiphishing filter. Bring up task manager and kill firefox.exe after you close all Firefox windows.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
Close Firefox, delete extensions.rdf (in your profile folder), and open Firefox. This will rebuild your extensions list. Startup will be significantly longer when rebuilding (just so you know).
