I can' run OpenOfice.org Portable f2.0.4 rom an USB flash drive

I can' run OpenOfice.org Portable f2.0.4 rom an USB flash drive

. If I install it on the local disk drive D: it works fine.
If I try to run it fromt he falsh drive I get the error message:
The procedure entry point GetPrivateProfileStringA could not be lodcated in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.
I have installed it in root of the falsh drive and I'm using version
OpenOffice.org Portable 2.0.4
Any hint, help or advice ?
