I think that Jon Haller and his team should make a portable defragmenter because that way I could defragment my drive.

I agree that a full featured portable defragmentation app would be nice. For the time being however I recomend PowerDefragmenterGUI which works with Contig. I have been using this combo portably for a while without any problems.
