I'm missing a synchronization tool with outlook
You are here
Syncronisation
The only software that even offers Outlook sync is closed source. Most of it is at least 25 bucks, too.
Thank you for the very fast reply
Unless you know of something that allows you to sync, say Thunderbird and Outlook. That would be a pretty solid thing to have.
This site is designed to back up contacts and calendars online, and sync multiple locations. The main toolbar is for Outlook, but there is a Beta Thunderbird extension that works extremely well for me. I have Thunderbird sync with Plaxo on startup, and every time I sync my Pocket PC with Outlook, I have Outlook sync with Plaxo.
No support for Sunbird or Lightning, yet, but it is planned for the future.
I guess if you set it to never send those spam messages to the folks in your contacts. I got so sick of em I blocked incoming connections from plaxo.com.
It's only supposed to send those if you tell it to. You do it so that when you change you're contact info, you can update anyone. And people who have Plaxo are updated in their own Plaxo accounts automatically, which I thought was a nice feature.
