I didn't see GoogleChromePortable forum...
I don't download the GoogleChromePortable because I won't be able to have chat videos in Gmail (Hangouts plugin is needed).
I've already ask this feature in App Request but got nothing.
Can you so something about it?

If it's a proper extension, it'll work out of the box. If it's a plugin, it won't. A plugin is basically a separate app that has to be installed and then the browser interfaces with it. It would need to have the Google Chrome Portable launcher rewritten partially just to handle it. And then a custom online plugin installer to be able to get it to install since Google isn't interested in portable software themselves. I don't personally have the time at the moment to look into it.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
