I am not able to add any of my email accounts on TB portable. They don't recognise them. Normal TB works just fine. Can anyone help?

What do you mean 'don't recognize them'? Are you having trouble inputting the proper details or getting an error message of some sort?

as soon as i open up
as soon as i open up TBportable it asks my name email password etc. when i put in my details it trys to connect to the servers and it doesn't stop. its just searching and then nothing else is happening. there is no error message. i know that i have put in the proper details too. i tried to do it manually also and it still didn't help.
