I must have forgotten it...I actually used
Transmission-Qt Win. Package that combines Transmission and Qt for easy installation on windows. http://trqtw.sourceforge.net/blog/ and http://sourceforge.net/projects/trqtw/
I have a partially done version I was working on before. One issue is that Transmission doesn't support Windows. There's an unofficial Windows build called Transmission-Qt, but the 2.82.3 build crashes on start on all my PCs. The older 2.82.2 release is working, though. I haven't yet tried the 2.83 release posted yesterday.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
