A while ago, I downloaded Assault Cube Portable and it ran fine on my computer, although occasionally it would load with a framerate issue so I had to restart it. Then the framerate was this way every time I would load the game. I assume it must have been an update that caused this but recently I wanted to play again but I cannot because of this issue. Is there a place where I can download previous releases of Assault Cube or is there another cause?

AssaultCube was last updated in November and hasn't had changes since then. Since this specific version was working before but isn't now, it may be an issue of compatibility that you can figure out. This is more an app question than a portablization question so I'd recommend reading the Docs and Wiki then asking in the AssaultCube forum.
I think AssaultCube servers lock out older versions, but I'm not sure.

It worked fine on every computer 1-2 years ago. Then this problem occurred. It was also around the time I got the internet. I doubt it's relevant in any way but I don't know.
