Hello, I made a portable program using ThinApp, everything works well, but the program creates an icon in the system tray, can I get rid of it? And is it possible to combine all virtual processes in 1?

We neither support nor recommend ThinApp. In the portable software space, it's generally only used for illegally packaged software that doesn't work well.
If you've spent the $500+ (excluding redistribution license) for the base ThinApp package, it should come with support from the publisher.
