Possiblity of running programs when shutting down PortableAppsMenu?

Can you make it so when you shut down portable apps you can possibly run something like an bat to shut down another program if they require a bat to shutdown because with AutoTheme it would be nice if I closed portable apps for the bat to run and shut down also.
