When using RunLocally=true, I've encountered the following bugs:
- It doesn't let you run Firefox Portable 2nd Profile.
- It leaves behind %tmp%\FirefoxPortable (which contains the plugins, profile & program folders).

as far as I can tell the 2nd profile is intended to allow a second profile rather than a second, simultaneous instance.
