Maybe I'm blind, but where download latest version?

I just don't want to download the whole suite to simply get the newest version of the portable apps menu.
I just want to use it with my own set of portable applications.

So where could I dowlnoad the latest version of the launcher???

Note Lite... Base

Base is just the PortableApps Platform (the menu, backup utility, autorun.inf and custom folders/icons). It's under 1mb and you can add any apps you want.
