This program would probably be most likely hard to do since there are many different types of web cams and different drivers for each. But if you think about it, find a way to create an application that would support many web cams and be able to be on the go, and not have to install any drivers or registry keys into other computers in order to view the web cam.
If anyone has any good ideas how to make one of these, tell me please! Im sure many people would like this if it was possible to make such an app.

Drivers can't be portable, you'd have to be lucky enough to have suitable drivers that already exist on your host machine.
Apps can be made portable, though.
