It looks like the domain expired. I'm waiting on a reply from Zach.

I found him on IRC recently, he said he would point it to the GitHub repository till he got a new domain up. It doesn't look like he did it yet though.
I assume he meant GitHub.com/PChat/PChat, though he wasn't any more specific than 'the GitHub repository'.
P.S.: Prior to contacting him I was going to suggest pointing to one of his BitBucket repositories.
