I've been searching on the net for any portable blog but I guess I found nothing. I like this software, but it installs on my local machine. Is this a closed source app? Would you able to develop a portable w.bloggar?

what are the other offline blogging tools that you can modify to create a portable blog client? are there any? is there any? and if possible you can?
Not sure what you are looking for, but I use Simple PHP Blog and Server2Go as a portable blog and web page development environment. Yes, I know that Server2Go doesn't qualify as "true" Portable App because it is not open source, so if you are a pureist, use XAMPP as your server.

um.. what I am looking for, is the one that I could use to post on my wordpress blog (and other blogs on the web), write/edit a post offline, and bring it with anywhere w/ my flash drive..
Why not just use regular tools... something like NVU... rather than a niche product? All it is is an HTML editor that happens to hook into WordPress. So, why not just create/edit the files offline using something like NVU (or Notepad++ if you like hand editing) and then copy/paste them into your blog when you're online? It'll only take a couple seconds, since you'd have it bookmarked and your password saved in Firefox Portable anyway.
This might be what your looking for. It's a plugin for Firefox.
useable with wordpress, typepad, livejournal, windows live spaces, jeeran, just to name a few.
