Photoshop Portable?

I have a friend who dosent have PS because of certain reasons. so if you guys can make a portable photoshop that would be great. Thanks!

what reasons?

You know that this is commercial software and one needs a license to use it.
So you are here probably by mistake at this site, as illegal things are not welcome here.

But if you want work on pictures, there is Gimp Portable av from this site.
