Before application starts there is a crash.
But, the app continues to launch, have not tried downloading anything yet, though.

That's likely a base app issue. I've seen dbus-daemon fail to work on Windows XP (understandable as it's a dead OS) and fail to start due to a conflict with certain antivirus.
What's your OS version, antivirus, software firewall, full install path, etc?
