Hello. I synchronize portable apps folder via BtSync, and when files are moved it creates problems. Settings can be removed.
Good idea to prevent such actions globally.

The vast majority of the time that file and folder moves are used they are required to be moved either so that settings are preserved between upgrades or that stuff that would otherwise left behind on the computer is stored between sessions. Disabling these moves would effectively break any apps that require the moves to run properly.
