I'm still on LibreOffice 4.2.5 and wanna stay at the legacy branch. Is it possible to hide the update message for version 4.3.0 somehow?

Rename X:\PortableApps\LibreOfficePortable to something else, such as X:\PortableAppsLibreOfficeNoUpdate

We're still waiting on the LibreOffice folks to figure out what they want the channel to be named so we can do parallel updates of both current and legacy branches. Legacy will be hidden by default until you show Advanced apps, as with Firefox ESR and similar, and won't be recommended for regular end users.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
