we use thunderbird portable 3.0, however this too slow.
we have almost 50gb of emails, when opening, it takes hours.
I would request some expert to thunderbird portable for mac 31.0.

There have never been any official versions of Thunderbird Portable for Mac. A 3rd party created some unofficial versions for Mac but that effort was abandoned years ago. There are currently no plans for Mac-native portable software due to Apple locking down OS X more with each release.
Our software can be used on Mac OS X with CrossOver Office as well as the various Wine conversions for Mac.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
