Feature Request: Music Player

Many people are familiar with Rainmeter, the application which features many widgets or "skins" that appear on your desktop that you can use. Users can download additional skins from the Rainmeter website. Some of the more tech-savvy users can even program their own.

As I was listening to music with AIMP, I noticed that the bottom right section of the PortableApps.com Platform has an empty space. Then an idea grew in my mind, "why open up my music player in a new window when I can just use the platform?"

Rainmeter has a skin that is basically an alternate interface for your favorite music player but the skin itself is only a couple inches big(this specific example is the music player skin for the Enigma suite), in other words, the perfect filler for that lonely spot on the platform.

Basically to use the skin, you select a media player you have installed on your hard drive or browse for a media player you have installed elsewhere (AKA one on your flash drive) to use. Then you can use the buttons on the skin to manipulate the player.

I'm not a programmer but I can easily see how this can be integrated into the PortableApps platform. I think that this feature would be a welcome addition. I hope that John at least takes the time to read this and consider this feature for the platform.

Rainmeter is open-source and the source code is available here for download.

Thank you for reading this and I hope you have a good day/night! Smile ~Theren
