Lightning calendar and task entries are missing

The other day, after starting ThunderbirdPortable, I found that all of my e-mail was missing. I managed to get the e-mail back by creating a new profile and copying all of the contents of E:\PortableApps\ThunderbirdPortable\Data\profile to a new folder, then copying the contents of the new folder back to E:\PortableApps\ThunderbirdPortable\Data\profile. However, my Lightning calendar tab no longer lists any of the events I'd recorded; my Task tab no longer shows any of my tasks. I tried re-installing the Lightning extension, but that failed to correct the problem. What I take to be the Calendar database, E:\PortableApps\ThunderbirdPortable\Data\profile\calendar-data\local.sqlite, appears to be fine, and I can open that database using Sqliteman Portable.

Please help me to retrieve my Calendar and Task entries. Thank you.
