Stickies Portable 8.0a, One of my notes is missing when I start the app

I have 3 stickies set up with one of then set to stay on top, but when i start the app up the one that's set to stay on top is always missing.

The sticky is also the only one that rolled up.

I can drag it from the manege stickies to get it back so it's not getting deleted.
