It would be great if we have a portable log file reader/viewer.
I found an open source one here:

But it requires ".Net Framework". Please support this app after ".net framework" feature will support on portable apps.
There are many other alternatives here (some open source which also do not requires .net framework):

Log file readers/viewers are important mostly for these reasons:
- makes log files more human-readable
- it is possible to filter the logs

Try TailThis - it is not as feature-full as LogExpert but it does include some of the more important features (for me, anyway) like regex-based highlighting, multiple files, and pausing.
Thanks for your advise. But this app is too simple. It is even better to open log files with Notepad++
