Four part question here:
1. If a program has an EULA and was written with another software such as Apache Ant is it possible to have two EULA displayed on install?
2. Is Apache Ant and allowed Open Source Item?
3. I have been out of development for a it due to work, I did notice that the Java has been re-worked in the PortableApps Suite. Is it possible to have an app detect whether a portable version of Java is present and if not then Download and install the Portable version of Java for the program to use?
4. I ask all of above as working on an app that is bundled with JRE apparently compiled with Apache Ant and want to keep everything on up and up. The program itself is listed as free on website and am attempting to contact author for exact licensing and such. I have already worked up a beta needs some polishing before posting but want to make sure it is legit to post given above questions.

So far so good although I have reported out a bug I discovered in software.
1. Not at the moment.
2. Fortunately, Apache ANT is released under the Apache License, which is an OSI recognized license, negating the need for #1.
3. Not yet, but it's coming.
4. I take it there's no license file included in the app's directory or listed in an About box?
Was what is said on the webpage as "Free" and in digging through the java files the Ant one. The app initially installs to App Data. I was able to copy the app data folder to the app folder to run it there....If you want to take a look let me know wia email and I can give ya a google drive lnk to it Gord. I know it still needs some work on the help file as well....I also have written to author about it too.
