Virtual Clone Drive (freeware)

I would like to know how to create it and have it in my USB.

No One Knows About it?
I cannot make it Portable...
This kind of program can't really be made portable (at least not properly).
It requires drivers (which aren't really portable) and/or admin privileges (which you won't have on most PCs) for every computer you use it on.
