Open the program, open an image, press SHIFT + E and you will see the bugged window.
EDIT: Not a bug, was a conflict in my settings file (xnview.ini).

This works fine for me on both standard portable XnView and our packaged version of XnView. Keep in mind that our standard version makes no changes to their portable version, it's just package to be the proper format and move things around.

True, i downloaded a fresh XnView Portable and i can see the window perfectly, sorry, i already edited my topic.
If someone has this problem, open
XnViewPortable\Data\xnview.iniand delete all these lines:[AdjustDlg]geometryH=45
geometryW=596
geometryX=459
geometryY=186
