My plugins won't install

My plugins won't install

None of my plugins or my themes will install!
They all say "This addon will be installed when Firefox is restarted"
I have restarted it, pulled out my flash drive, switched machines and still no result.
I also uninstalled and reinstalled a few apps and nothing.
Please HELP!

search the forums before posting.
I believe the way to fix it is to delete extensions.rdf in your profile folder.
