Application for making portable software

Can you suggest a freeware for making portable application - something like Thinstall ?

I would

recommend Libertà Lapwing. It works fairly well and is still under development (I think, Steve?).

Well,

it might be, got a lot on at the moment, exams and a couple of big national competitions so I'm quite busy, but I'll have another look in the new year.
