Norton 360 preventing installation of Process Explorer and Process Monitor

Upon downloading both Process Explorer and Process Monitor, Norton 360 removes the files as being infected by WS.Reputation.1.

The report for Process Explorer is as follows:
Filename: processexplorerportable_16.04_online.paf.exe
Threat name: WS.Reputation.1
Origin Downloaded from

That's not an infection, it's a suggestion of a warning

WS.Reputation.1 is a report by Symantec that that the file is suspicious. One way of being suspicious is: not a lot of people know about it.

WS.Reputation.1 is a detection for files that have a low reputation score based on analyzing data from Symantec’s community of users and therefore are likely to be security risks. Detections of this type are based on Symantec’s reputation-based security technology. Because this detection is based on a reputation score, it does not represent a specific class of threat like adware or spyware, but instead applies to all threat categories.
