I've noticed that the OpenOffice version on portableapps.com is 3.2.0 released 2010-02-25, and the most recent version on openoffice.org site is 4.1.1 released 2014-08-21. Why the portable version is not updated?

Since it changed ownership we no longer have permission to officially redistribute the app.
There is a beta test around here of 4.1.1, but as yet we haven't heard from Apache regarding an official release.
