Portable Virtual router

Request a portable virtual router to effectively turn a host pc in to a wifi router just like (https://virtualrouter.codeplex.com/)

probably not possible

to have such programs portable might not be any advantage, as this need drivers to be installed and is very deep in the system.
You may have as well the installer on a stick with you and install it every time on a computer where you need it and deinstall it after use.

probably possible

WinCDEmu Portable does install drivers on-the-fly as well, so I think there is a good chance it might work.
