Open port tester

I need open port cheker and found this:

This tool can check UDP port, not only TCP.

I found this solution http://www.eltima.com/rs232-testing-software/
It make the log in a text file and is really simple in use. No additional settings, no hardware needed. And the trial period in 14 days.
