When I'm already running Chrome Portable, and I try to open Iron Portable, the launcher says "Another instance of Iron is already running. Please close ...blah blah blah".
But if I open Iron first, then open Chrome, I don't get the message above.
What I'd like to know is, is it bad to run both at the same time?

Iron and Chrome are the same app with different branding and different components. They both run chrome.exe and share the same registry hives on the local machine. Thus, they can't be run at the same time without stepping all over each other.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
