Can you tell me how to uninstall the Portable Apps icon / name menu on my flash drive? I know I can remove the folders, but the name of the flash drive cannot be changed, and I cannot remove the 'icon' that has been assigned to it.

There's a hidden file called autorun.inf in the root directory. You can delete it to get the drive back to defaults. Or you can edit it to change the drive name or icon to whatever you'd like. I didn't get a chance to add drive rename to the menu yet, it's coming, though.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
