One of two things

It's either a corrupt install of Firefox Portable. (try a base install, no extensions, etc)

Or a seriously messed up PC or hardware issue.

Could be the drive.

I've seen it happen before. Back it up, reformat it, reboot the PC and then drop a fresh copy of FFP on it.

It's not FFP

It's your PC or your drive. One or the other.

Well i have tried it on four

Well i have tried it on four separate computers with different errors on each so it must be the drive.
