Hello all,
I since yesterday I was not able to launch the following Java apps:
- ProjectLibre Portable
- Freeplane Portable
- Eclipse Portable
This happened after upgrading to jPortable 8 Update 40. It was just the portable launchers, I could still start the apps by double clicking the executables in the subdirectory of App.
After downgrading to jPortable 8 Update 31 the problem disappeared.
Something not correct in release of jPortable 8 Update 40?

There are no changes to jPortable between the last release and this one other than updating the Java bits inside. There are no official Java apps released yet and no official Java launcher. jPortable 8 Update 40 32-bit is working with LibreOffice 4.4.1, the only released app with Java support.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

You are right, I reinstalled jPortable 8 Update 40 32-bit and those applications are working now. Something must have gone wrong during the first installation. Thanks!
