Phoner and PhonerLite, any chance of this making it to PortableApps.com?

On http://phoner.de/download_en.htm you'll see the Phoner.zip which is portable.
On http://phonerlite.de/download_en.htm you'll see the PhonerLite.zip which is portable, and the PhonerLite_2.23.paf.exe which is not yet listed here on portableapps.com .
Is there any chance of this making it to PortableApps.com?
