Portable apps Menu rearrange

Been Using portable apps beta and now this Version 1 since day one.

It is superb - I have loaded lots of apps to the menu - Now I would like to be able to rearrange them so my favourits are together, rather than the alphabetic order they auto arrange to.

Portableapps Menu

I was using the menu with a Laptop display of 1024 x 480 and the Menu gets cut off at the top.
It would be nice to have the ability to ether move the menu window around the screen or to be able to scroll the apps menu.
