"Installing" this created an "Opera 12 Notes.html" file on my desktop. When opened it says "Exported Notes 03/05/2015 Created: Wed Sep 28 2011 13:46:26 GMT+0100 (GMT Standard Time) Link 2117879417" The link takes me to this page "https://secure.worldpay.com/wcc/card?op=authenticated-threeDSecureDone&P...". What is this, and why?
There is no such file within the PAF package. You can use 7-zip and check the files within the installer yourself if you'd like.
Did you upgrade from Opera 12.x?

I have Opera 12.14 (not portable) installed, from which it has imported the bookmarks.
If this is your first portable install, I'd recommend re-installing the portable version and trying again. And checking to ensure your Opera 12 local install is still working properly (it should be). There was an error in the original Opera Portable 29 package where it would use the local profile. This is due to a bug in the standard Opera 29 installer that causes it to fail to create a proper portable install when it detects a local install of Opera and use the local profile instead of a portable one.

My Opera 12 is still working fine. I've tried installing "OperaPortable_29.0.1795.47_Rev_2.paf.exe" and it did not import my bookmarks. The "Opera 12 Notes.html" file has not been created (by Opera 12 perhaps?). Therefore it seems to be working fine now.
Glad to hear.

Hi folks
OperaPortable and OperaUSB do not load anyway.
I already did everything I can imagine and no way.
Please, help.
Is there any way I can help to allow Opera 29 to load successfully???
Thanks and Hail Mary,
Rodrigo Cesar Banhara
We'd need more details, preferably in the Other Apps support forum. Details like operating system version, 32-bit vs 64-bit Windows, full install path, new vs upgrade, any error message that occurs, etc.
