Portable app maker

I have not the slightset idea how to make a program portable. I've looked at the guides an steps that alow you to do it. But I just get lost. So I thought that some one could help me by making a program that does this for you. IF anyone has done this or is willing to do this I along with others would be most grateful. thank you

Try

Use 7-Zip Portable source and ask rmmcue I believe his email is rmmcue{AT}gmail{DOT}com and tell him that thibeaz told you to ask for help from him. I am pretty sure he can help
