Which App Syncs With MS Outlook?

I've recently became aware of PortableApps and have installed it on my thumbdrive. Previously had a U3 drive but it was "hit or miss" if it would work on other PCs'.

I'm wondering if any of you good people can refer me to which applications provides syncronization with MS Outlook, if any. I'd like to be able to have my calendar, address book, etc. accessible thru the drive.

I've looked thru the listed apps and haven't seen any references to Outlook. I've seen vague references in "Open Office" alluding to MS Office (of which Outlook is a component) but the launchpad breaks "Open Office" into several categories (work processor, spreadsheet, etc.) but no Outlook.

Found Thunderbird but don't know if this is the solution either.

Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated,

Open Office != MS Office

Two completely different things.
Open Office is an open source productivity suite, much like MS Office.
You can use Sunbird as a calendar or the Lightning extension in Thunderbird.
Thunderbird is an email application.

Try EssentialPIM Pro Portable Edition.

http://www.essentialpim.com/?r=download

It is a full-featured PIM but it costs 40 Bucks.

Thunderbird and Plaxo

Outlook is pretty much the only part of MS Office that Open Office doesn't duplicate. Thunderbird, however, provides an excellent replacement for Outlook's address book and email features, and with the lighting extension, it handles the calendar as well (or you can use Sunbird, Mozilla's stand-alone calendar, which is essentially identical).

If, like me, you actually need Outlook to sync with Thunderbird (no way to sync TB with a Pocket PC yet), or need to sync multiple copies of Thunderbird (I use it for home, work, and TBP on my flash drive), I recommend the Plaxo toolbar from http://tinyurl.com/jbp3c. The MS Outlook version syncs all your contacts, notes, and calendars in your online account, but the TB version only handles the address book so far (though it's still in Beta, and they've said they hope to eventually support Lightning and/or Sunbird). I have all my PIMs sync with Plaxo on startup and shutdown, so I always have the most up-to-date version of my contacts at hand.
