I think someone should create portable Mozilla Suite. Or, their new program, Sea Monkey. It is a small file and would be good for us 128 Megabyte-ers.

don't get me wrong, but could you please search before posting as this has been discussed before, basically the answer is no as it doesn't support the same command line parameters as the other Mozilla applications.
