Can't Plug Ins to work

I can't get plug- to install or work.

any help?

Instructions - Download then open

As stated in the instructions on the support page, you need to download the XPIs locally and then do a File - Open to install them many times. This is due to a bug in Firefox itself.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
