Pidgin: include otr by standard

For thunderbird it`s possible to download a version with engimail.

I think otr should be included by standard in gaim aswell. I had no problems with gaim protable or otr why someone shouldn`t use it...

Most never will + Ease of install

Part of it is usage... most people will never use OTR. With TB, about 15% of straight downloads are of the version bundled with GPG+Enigmail. Less than 1% of those that download Gaim Portable also download OTR for Gaim Portable.

The other part is ease of installation. Installing OTR in Gaim Portable is very easy. Installing GPG and Enigmail takes a few steps. I may make them sep pieces later on, though, as many folks are getting TBP with the Suite now.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
