Hi there,
I am one of the maintainers of the open source medical record app GNUmed (wiki.gnumed.de). It's written in python and is portable. I made it run from an USB drive and have modified the official Abiword installer / launcher to include it into the portable apps launcher.
What is the policy to make it a member of the portableapps program family ? I mean for it to be possible/legal to use the portable apps splash screen like the ones for the programs on the website and maybe get a website like this https://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/7-zip_portable
GNUmed is GPL and freely available. Launcher can be gotten from
http://wiki.gnumed.de/bin/view/Gnumed/InstallerGuidePortable
I appreciate any comments an would be delighted to see GNUmed make its way into portable apps to have the emr application available when visting patients during house calls.

If John adds it, he may give you permission to use the PortableApps.com logo in your splash.

I have no use for GNUmed (not a medical person), but I wanted to see what the dealie-o is with the program and this page looks like a good description.
