How to create a start .bat for portable Vidalia bundle?

Have recently downloaded the Vidalia 0.10-bundle including Privoxy and Tor and followed the instructions to make it portable:

Everything is working fine so far - BUT...

I do not seem to be able to create a working .bat file wchich should start Privoxy, Vidalia+Tor and the Portable Firefox at once altogether.

Any idea what exactly should be in such a .bat for a layout as the following:

X:\Apps\PortableFirefox\PortableFirefox.exe
\Privoxy\privoxy.exe
\Tor\tor.exe
\Vidalia\vidalia.exe

I have gotten as far as to have Firefox and Vidalia+Tor ready to work, but Privoxy refuses to run correctly - with or without the config.txt. Everything is working fine though if I go into the Privoxy folder and simply start the privoxy.exe.

Hmh, I am obviously missing on something here and appreciate any help.
